My main character would be virtual level 577 (8.5 million and counting), and you know what? I don't want to show it. I like showing my skill via play, not via a number. I'm not opposed to it being added AS AN OPTION, but it affects me neither way.

I really couldn't care less about a pve character's experience seeing how you can farm it, etc. Balthazar Faction on the other hand, it'd be nice to have a title for how much you accumulated, showing that you've atleast pvp'd some even if you don't have bambi or whatever(FYI I'm one of those people that pvp a lot but haven't bothered to touch HA). It obviously will create elitism but then again it's already present in the game. I'd still rather associate with friends than the dude that is lvl 10000.

I don't mid much about this.

In GW as it currently is, there is an armor/damage difference between levels, so it may be not possible currently.

But it would not affect PvP.

Si I don't think it being bad.

But since it's so easy to ge exp, they should count in this way:

Level 20. Starts counting skill points.
+1 skill point, level 21.
+2 skill points, level 22
+3 skill points, level 23, and so on.
So from level 20 to 24, your would have to gather: 1+2+3+4=10 skill points.

Farmers would love this thing, XD

No, this is not gw2...which will be World of Grindfest PVE if done as anet has hinted at.

Furthermore, most ppl just solo places like uw, so are you to say that their soloing deserves lv 100+? Of course not, I myself do it.

Exactly. XP doesn't really show skill. You could get Legendary Vanquisher, and a person who just farms trolls all day would have more XP.

I personally hope this is never implemented, at least not for GW1.

But yeah, no. I mean, honestly it doesn't affect me either way, but there is just no reason behind this. Unless you really want to pinpoint the hardcore farmers and/or botters. Because those will be the ones with the highest numbers. Though I have no idea why you would want to know that.

PvE exp. can be gained fastest through solo farming huge numbers of high level mobs (HM raptors cave anyone?) Character experience is inherently flawed in GW, it wouldn't even make a good e-peen showoff.

Better add a way to show your Total Gained Balthazar Faction! A new title (no max) or something. This is much more meaningful than XP, it shows general overall PvP experience.
